    Create in YOU a Healthier Body by eating good nutritious food high in vitamins, antioxidants, minerals that strengthens your immune system and drinking lots of water.

     

     

    Healthier Body

    • Good nutrition to fuel your body
    • Eat lots of vegetables
    • Eat lots of protein - at least 1 gram per pound of bodyweight
    • Eat yogurt, prebiotiics and probiotics
    • Eat High Fiber Diet 
    • Eat your superfoods, super greens, super reds
    • Eat less fatty foods and less saturated fat
    • Get your sugar from dates or your fruits 
    • Eat more colorful foods
    • Eat Daily Balance 5 Food Groups - 5 Protein, 3 Complex Carbs, 5 Vegetables, 4 Fruits, Dairy or alternative Dairy
    • Drink 1 gallon of water
    • Take your multi-vitamins, vitamin C, D, Omega 3
    • Limited or NO process foods.  Eat whole foods like an apple, pear, blueberries, cucumber, celery
    • Meal Prep - Plan out your breakfast, lunch, dinner - sets you up for success so you know what you will eat for the day
    • Practice Self Control, Portion Control
    • Incorporate in your daily routine exercise and fitness to be physically stronger 
    • Stretch on the hour, every hour with healthy breaks
    • Do breathing exercises
    • Go on nature walks to get your vitamin D
    • Be KIND to your body
    • Read back of labels for nutrition facts
    • Sleep at least 8 hours
    • Rest on Sundays - Fully recover

    • Read good books 
    • Listen to good audio books and podcast
    • Create a disciplined & strong mindset

    • You are created for a purpose
    • Work towards your God given goals and purpose
    • Think about good things in your mind
    • Count your blessings you have so many
    • Control your thoughts: good vs bad thoughts
    • Be Mindful of the food you consume and how it benefits the body
